Hello, screamed into the large cavernous space. There was no answer, not even an echoing return. I wondered to myself as I looked around, "Is he still with us? So long and so much has happened, yet something seems to be missing!"

The only thing missing of course is you...

Have I told you recently that I have 1437 miles under my belt this year? And I am the "Almost Marathon Man" I ran Chicago but was a "DNF" at 24.7 miles (24.7!) both lower legs cramped! Bummer. Now I am looking at the Las Vegas Marathon on December 7th.

Sounds like the good Doctor had a major influence in your life. It is always good to have a person like him around.

It is a terrible loss when they leave us for the last time. I grieve your loss.
