Greg, Great job! I loved the comment about calling the endo from the finish line! Too Cool!

Jamie, Today, I passed 900 miles for 2008. I think I will actually fulfill my resolution!

My nike+ band did the same thing. First it recorded milage wrong (3miles became 2) then the condensation. I do hand it to nike though they are replacing mine too.

This is the first time I've posted. I'm a type 1 and have been so for 10 yrs. I'm pushing to run a marathon against the better judgment of my endo (I'll call her from the finish). Just completed my first 12+ run with no bg problems durring or after. It's taken a while but worth it. So get back runnin Jamie... It's people like you who inspired me to get back to running after a 10 yr vacation.

I forgot to tell you - My Nike+ Sportband failed. It is now zip, zero, nada & gone from this earthly void. I noticed condensation inside of it about a week ago. Then last Sunday after my run, I looked at the face and it was dead.

Nike will replace it, but it did fail on me!

TRYING to wash mind of bad mental image! Naked and sweating! Ewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww...

It is hot everywhere. I am trying to escape from my treadmill until I have to run on it. So, I am still going outside in the heat. I am finding runs that have shade on them...

Have I mentioned that I am4/5th of the way to realizing my resolution of a 1,000 miles?

Later!
