First time I’ve done a real hill workout - and I loved it! Here’s the info, for a .25 mile warmup, 3 repeats on a .38 mile hill, and .25 mile cooldown. I’ll be doing more of these!

Ascent - 8:47 - 6:15
Descent - 10:38 - 8:49
Flat - 10:08 - 7:28

I’ll tell you, Jamie. My house is at the crest of a hill. That means that when I leave the house everything is wonderful, easy and a nice run. Not necessarily the return trip, though. Especially when you feel the need to “Kick it in” at the end of a scheduled run!
